"Rough start"

Microwave and fridge in room

Customer Service sucks. Made me wait almost an hour because she insisted my payment from Bookings. Com didn't go through but it was showing paid the entire time and another staff member as well as bookings agent told her it was paid

"Where is my refund"

I prepaid for the room and when my daughter arrived she had lost her physical ID somewhere that evening . She had a photo of her id but they didn’t accept that either . They didn’t even allow her to check in . Allegedly even if it was put in another person naw who had id she wouldn’t have been allowed to stay still be cause she didn’t have a physical id to be scanned . Now where is my refund for not allowing her to check in?
