"Service and Accountability Terrible"

We booked a room for Saturday for two queen beds in a suite. We received a confirmation email with a confirmation number indicating we had two queen beds. Upon our arrival at the hotel they indicated they had no queen beds available only a king and that would not accommodate us. They offered us nothing. We did not stay there and we're forced to go to a place that was very undesirable. After that kind of service I will not trust Courtyard by Marriott again and now I'm even reluctant to book through hotels.com. He did not stay at Courtyard by Marriott at!

I strongly recommend staff to check amenities in each room before reserve to customers. Definitely it’s not acceptable having big brand name and providing poor service.

"Another Interrupted Sleep"

This is a clean and comfortable hotel and the staff are friendly when checking in. Unfortunately, this was the second time in three visits that our sleep was interrupted due to other guests. Last time it was two young men that ended up in a physical altercation at 4 am. Apparently police were called. This time a young woman was screaming uncontrollably for a half hour which likely disturbed everyone on the second floor. I know the hotel can't predict the behaviour of its guests or control the alcohol or drugs they consume, but if I choose to stay here again, I'll be requesting a room away from partiers.

Visiting family for 2 nights in London and stayed at the The Courtyard by Marriott London! Beautiful facility and friendly staff! Would definitely stay here again!

"London medical visit"

The hotel was very clean. We felt very safe, but I believe there should be sanitizer on every floor. Other then that it was an excellent stay and will return during our next London visit
