new and very clean, unfortunately breakfast was closed due to covid. but excellent place, price very fair

Price was phenomenal for what we received. The gentleman who checked me in was pleasant and efficient. The room was larger than I expected and it was very clean. The tv was quite large, there was a cool circular sofa/love seat that was very comfortable and the small microwave and fridge were just what we needed. The only downfall was that there were some people there who look like they stay throughout the week for work and they were quite loud (could here the music through the walls/floors) but I just turned the tv up a bit and had my fan on so it dulled the noise out. The hotel is close to everything you need.

During Covid space out guest rooms. Had 3 inconsiderate guests/families making noise, slamming doors and yelling until past 2:30 a.m. Then banging on next room at 8:00 a.m. overall a disappointing experience.

Great price for a great hotel. The hotel was newly renovated and clean.

I was disappointed b/c I rented 4 rooms and upon check in 1 did not have any towels in it and it took me over 2hrs to get towels as no one was at the front desk and no one was answering the phone, 1 was not as booked and had to be moved so it caused a delay and made us run behind for our plans b/c it was supposed to have 2 Queens and it was a King for 4 people to sleep in together which obviously doesn't work. People were walking around unmasked in common areas and staff did nothing about it and some staff members themselves had their masks pulled down under their chins while checking people in. There was a man walking a screaming child up and down the hallway at 4 am and then again at 8am and disrupting all the rooms and on top of it he wasn't masked. I called the front desk and by the time he came up the guy was back in his room so nothing was done.

The hotel was under construction so it was a bit messy, especially in the elevator and lobby.

The worst customer service experience, with construction at 8 am, drywall dust so thick, and the hall carpeting, plus behind bedside tables etc were thick with cobwebs and dust. My bathroom had tons of hair, and fingerprints were all over the desk. I complained to Marriott who contacted the manager, and he called me within 10 minutes and literally evicted me from the hotel citing they were closing due to renovations. He let me stay till Monday but Sunday another call came from the desk telling me to leave immediately that they needed the room as they were full... so the manager had lied of closing, plus they have no time between customers for CoVid.... deplorable...

Great staff and comfortable bed and pillows. Clean even under construction. Just off the highway, easy to access. Close to many restaurants and shoppings.
