Breakfast Was amazing We had dinner the service was so slow so not great if your in a hurry but meal was very good

This was our second time staying at the Victoria and we will be back. A warm cosy atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing. Such a treat to have it served to your table. An ideal spot if you are attending an event in the INEC.

I had a brilliant time staying here while exploring Kerry. The food was very good- I recommend the chicken curry! My room was newly refurbished, spacious and gorgeous, nice calming feel to it- the bed was so comfy which was what I needed after hiking in the Macgiddycuddy Reeks. The hotel is in a good location for seeing many of the Kingdoms top attractions. There was a lot of little extra touches that made my stay memorable. From the hotel manager to all staff members I met they were all very friendly and helpful. The parking was the only thing that I had trouble with but I arrived late on a busy night. I had no issues parking next day. This was my first time doing a solo trip and it’s a place I hope to stay in again

The parking was the only thing that I had trouble with but I arrived late on a busy night. I had no issues parking on the other days.

It was ok! Location was ok! Food was great!!!

The room was very dark!!!!! It had a very strange smell to it. When I told the reception they were very offended and came up to check it out said there was nothing wrong. The toilet you could only flush once and then had to wait about 15 minutes to flush again.

I stayed here solo for one night as I was passing through Killarney and wanted time to explore the park. I was no disappointed! I was a little worried about the value, but was amazed by the quality of care from the staff and the quality of food from their kitchen. I had lunch on day one and breakfast on my way out— both delicious! And the breakfast being included is nothing to snuff at— they offered so much food as a part of it and it was all delicious. Did I mention the staff being incredibly warm and welcoming? As for the room, I slept like a baby. A beyond comfortable bed, and a wonderful, classy bathroom.

Excellent breakfast. Very pleased with what was offered. Staff on reception were very welcoming and friendly and allocated us an excellent room on the top floor. Our room was ready when we arrived at reception and given the hotel was full from a big conference the night before it was a great achievement.

We had a small problem with the staff serving us breakfast. She was very distracted . Other guests who arrived after us were served their breakfast first which was annoying. Then we received our breakfast but with no toast as ordered. Another staff member came to our rescue and got us some toast. Then we wanted some pastries and our staff member was nowhere to be found. Again another staff member saved the day and brought some for us which were delicious .

My friends and I met for dinner before going to a gig in the INEC, a perfect location within walking distance. The food was delicious, everything was so tasty and cooked to perfection. Beautiful, tasteful and charming decor and a spacious setting; my friends and I had a great time catching up. Staff were friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and providing great local knowledge. This was my first visit to The Victoria, and it won’t be my last. Looking forward to my next visit already.
