Wir meckern eigentlich nicht so schnell. Aber in diesem Hotel hat einiges nicht gepasst - insbesondere die Kommunikation zwischen Mitarbeitern und Hotelgästen. Um 23.15 Uhr rief uns die Rezeption an, dass wir unser Auto sofort umparken sollen, ansonsten werde das Auto abgeschleppt. Wir haben 35 Dollar pro Nacht für den Hotelparkplatz bezahlt und wurden von einem Mitarbeiter auf unseren Parkplatz eingewiesen. Trotzdem mussten wir nachts aus dem Bett und das Auto genau einen Parkplatz daneben abstellen, obwohl wir am nächsten Tag abgereist sind. Das haben wir gar nicht verstanden. Eine Erklärung gab es nicht. Das Frühstück war eher unterdurchschnittlich und die Pancakemaschine war an zwei Tagen defekt und am anderen Tag die Joghurtmaschine. Die Zimmerreinigung fand während unseres Aufenthalts nicht statt, Handtücher wurden allerdings getauscht. Unser Zimmer war für 4 Personen mit Gepäck viel zu klein. Unsere Freunde hatten ein deutlich größeres Zimmer. Sie waren allerdings nur zu zweit.

Not refunding my money
USUSNothing to write about I was very upset with the lady checking me in and the head manager once he came the next day.
So on booking.com when I booked it said one time $50 deposit not every night $50 dollars so I paid $150 then it said free parking I was also charged $45 dollars every night $135. Then the girl charged me $585+98 to check into the hotel are I couldn’t get my keys to the room Later found out I was only due to pay 98 to get my keys. Then manager comes the next day and told me I should have called the hotel and don’t use booking. Com they are trash then made it clear to me that the property was independent on, and he didn’t have to do anything. Then when I checked out, they charged me another 585 on my credit card. It was just overwhelming and too much to be on vacation and what about if I wouldn’t have had the money that they kept taking off my card.
