USThe location was great. The price was just right. The room was clean with a good view. The bed was just right not too hard and not too soft.
The only complaints are minor and not really complaints. There were no bagels at breakfast and no fruit for the yogurt.

Our tour operator hadn't paid the hotel, however the staff NyQeille & Ms Avis were very kind and understanding and nothing was too much. They made the issues easier to deal. Can't thank them enough.
