"Well located and charming hotel"

Excellent location in the heart of Madrid within walking distance of Puerta del Sol, Opera, Gran via and many restaurants, bars and attractions. The hotel has a slightly old-fashioned but charming atmosphere, and the staff was pleasant throughout the stay. The room was small but comfortable and well maintained.

The elevator was extremely slow and some parts of the hotel could benefit from a refresh

Localização excelente, apartamento limpo e agradável. Gostaria de destacar o atendimento da Laura (recepção ) e da Micaela ( cafe da manhã ) extremamente simpáticas e atenciosas.

Fizemos a reserva para um quarto para duas pessoas e quando chegamos o quarto era muito pequeno e verificamos que na reserva constava quarto pequeno. Solicitamos a troca e fomos prontamente atendidos pagando uma pequena diferença. Então, ao fazer a reserva é preciso estar atento ao tamanho do quarto se isso for importante para você.
