Very good location, friendly staff; we were allowed to check in late at night at 1 a.m.

The room was very small. Even though we chose the large room option, it was still small.

"Great location in central Madrid"

Nice room with a small balcony overlooking a very busy pedestrianised street - the double glazed balcony doors were excellent. The staff were generally very good. The location was excellent - a very short walk from Puerta del Sol. Breakfast was nice with good choices and two coffee machines.

The lifts were a bit unpredictable.
