Please be informed that if you use a debit/credit card to check in, a hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals. This would be placed through to your date of check-out. Such hold may not be released for 72 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer. Prices will not be charged unless necessary. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Smoking and/or vaping in any guestroom/suite will result in a CAD $250 cleaning fee on your credit card.
