El lugar está bien

Honestamente creo que el lugar no cumplió con mis expectativas pensando en el precio que pague, por ejemplo, en la alberca el agua estaba fría, he estado en otros hoteles y el agua está templada, si querías tomar agua en el cuarto, tenías que salir a comprarla, no te proporcionaban ni una pequeña botella de agua, pedí una habitación para 5 personas (estaba con mis tres hijos y mi esposa) y me dieron una habitación con 2 camas solamente, al pedir algo más para dormir, tuve que pagar otros $20 dólares por una cama plegable, en muchos hoteles también te incluye estacionamiento y aquí tuve que pagar $35 dólares más por estacionarme.

It was a good stay overall. The parking is always an issue in Niagara Falls in general so it’s best to park at the hotel even though they charge you on nightly basis. Everything else was ok.

The pools need to be heated more especially during winter season.

I'm stay at the hotel with my family for a local dance competition in May 2026. After getting the final schedule, I wanted to ammend my stay from 3 nights to 2 nights. Both Hilton Honors and the Hotel refused to alter the dates initally since the hotel was sold out. When I explained to 3 different people that I didn't want to cancel and rebook the entire stay, just cancel a single night they refused without charging more than the original quote for 3 nights. So, a $2700 booking for 2 rooms for 3 nights would turn into a $3000+ booking for 2 rooms for 2 nights now for the same weekend. Terrible customer service for a minor change.

when the person that checked us in and offered us a chocolate chip cookie, when i bit into it a realized there were nuts in it. Thank God my daughter had not bittern into hers, She is allregic to Nuts. I would recommend a nut free option. We spoke to the lady earlier that evening and she replied I did day Almond Chocolate Cookie. We would have never taken if she had that due to allergy. Good thing I tried first as this could have been a terrible start to out Mother Daughter weekend.

The hotel is nice and the room nice and clean. The front desk staff is rude, uncaring with zero customer service. Upon check in, my room was not quite ready. The clerk informed me of this and told me to come back. She did not offer to check my luggage for me and I had to haul it out again. I asked if she could text or call when my room was ready. The reply was that they would be too busy to do that. Tonight when I came in, I asked for a cookie. The clerk acted like he did not understand what I said so I repeated myself. Then is asked me if I was staying here and then said they had too many calories. Housekeeping and the servers in the restaurant were very kind though. I would never stay here again.
