Nice view of American Falls. Comfy beds. Room was very spacious and very clean. We walked quite a ways to get back to the hotel for dinner, but they had a function going on, so dinner was served in the café which we actually really enjoyed and preferred. Front office staff was super kind and welcoming. Thank you, David :).

Parking cost $35.00 which, at this time of year, seems a bit outrageous. There was so much parking available.

Overall, this was a fabulous place to stay with the off-season rates. Beds were comfortable, and the view of part of the falls was wonderful. We walked most places and found it was a great base for exploring the Falls and surrounding area.

For a suite, the bathroom was a bit shabby (needed some paint in areas), and there was no body wash, only 2 bottles of shampoo attached to the wall & the conditioner was empty. It wasn't their fault, but the 2 IHOPs next to them were shut. It would have been good to know that breakfast in the hotel was the only option off-season within close proximity.

The hotel is central and easy to walk to many amenities

Someone pulled the fire alarm at 12am in the morning. The staff had no idea what we as customers should do? Do we leave or stay? Then once they deemed it a false alarm they proceed to test the alarm as well. On our floor we also had a dog who started barking like crazy because of this noise as well. Also there was a lot of security in the hotel due to a group staying there. I understand this may be necessary but it was not an overall good look.
