Breakfast was great! Very tasty and the staff was on top of making sure there wasn't much of a wait time, if any, to refill the food and beverage stations. Room was spacious and clean.

Not much to complain about. The only disappointment was that there wasn't a lotion bottle as an amenity. Doesn't have to be an individual one. It could be like the fixed shampoo and body wash bottles in the shower.

"Never again!"

Harsh Shah, Guest Services Team Lead was rude. Demanded to charge a deposit "in case we damaged the room" vs having the card on file. He volunteered to cancel our reservation when he knew we were in town for an event and most other venues were booked. Will NEVER stay here again. Also, Booking.com would not allow a reservation change and so we paid for an additional night we could not use. First and LAST time using Booking.com as well. Overall experience was pitiful.

Rude guest services person; policies that are out of step and inflexible and unresponsive Booking.com. Easier to answer what we did like....

From beginning to end where do I start?? We were greeted with a warm welcome. Information given about breakfast gym and pool. We had a hiccup where I didnt want to be on top floor bc of my kids. Front desk immediately changed our room. So grateful because it was next to the pool and gym. A big big thankful for a wonderful weekend getaway experience. You really made my kids birthday!
