"Excellent"

The room had a gas fireplace. Short walk to the ocean on a trail that starts as a cut out thru the thick bushes, then a sandy open foliage area with deer, then the beach.

No inside fan or A/C

The room was okay, due to the fact I requested a first floor room. Due to some changes, I ended up on the second floor. Tracy, asked if I wanted to change for the second & third night but due to medical conditions I felt it would take a lot out of me.

As said above, but overall the room was comfortable.

"Sea view with no real view from rm 324"

The Grey Gull is always dependable quality, room was nice, comfortable, clean.

The coffee pods choice was terrible for the quality of the room. The trees, etc have grown so much there wasn't much of an ocean view from my room.

"We have stayed at the Grey Gull many times now and it only gets better."

Price was affordable, clean rooms, a little noisy as there were other guests above our floor that were walking back and forth throughout the night. The shampoo and body wash dispenser in the shower was excellent!

Overall a pleasant stay.
