It’s laid back and comfortable

It’s a little worn but adds to the charm.

The receptionist that checked us in had very lovely service. Very lovely demeanour and I unfortunately did not make note of her name. The beach and views were lovely. The chef and dining staff were very polite and helpful. The security officers were also very polite, helpful and welcoming. Especially the morning guard. The housekeeping ladies we interacted with on our first day were very pleasant and quickly provided our requested items before we departed. Lovely area, views, decent parking, nice local menu option. Food was good. Property maintained well.

How hard it was to get towels! The receptionist collected my dirty towels that I was exchanging and then told me that they had no extras. By the time this was followed up with, we had already had to get creative. I asked 3 staff for towels for my family and they just had none clean available and kept directing me back to reception. So we walked into the dining area before breakfast closed, drenched in the very water we were unable to get dried, and a staff addressed the puddles, which is when one of the kitchen attendants was able to find 2 towels for the 3 of us. I am grateful to her, as I am unsure of how a resort would have ran out of towels. Especially considering that we had the same towels for our entire first 3 days as we declined housekeeping (as we maintained our space well and were offsite for most). Upon arrival, the room also smelt a bit moldy. Kept me stuffy for the first little while. The rooms overall could be so much better with a small refrigerator without having to rent them daily. Inconvenient to have a villa with no fridge!

Beach was amaizing, sister resort spa was great. Drinks were awesome (all inclusive).

A little more food choice, for example, the offer of juices for breakfast would have been nice. Rooms were basic but clean

Me cobraron dos veces el pago del alojamiento, actualmente estoy tratando de ponerme en contacto con la administración del hotel para regularizar el doble cobro que se realizo. Aun sigo esperando que me contesten.

Clean room, good value for the money. (But yes, definitely bring your own beach towel.)Tasty breakfast. Their beach area is small, but as you are free to roam the whole thing to your heart's content, I don't see this as a huge issue. There are not as many fancy amenities here as in a larger pricier hotel, but you get a lot more local culture & authentic experience staying in a place like this, so I think it's well worth it.
