Legends Beach Resort

The room was old looking not up to date !!!! The room was full of mosquitoes and unbearable to stay in as you were getting bit every second. The front desk staff was unpleasant and literally sitting in a corner talking on her phone before she even acknowledged you!!! And I believe that the front desk lady copied my credit card information and scammed me as I was charged not once not twice but six times from this resort of a 52.00 charge in the span of three days of checking into there. I had to call my bank and have it stopped a get it investigated I have written this resort over three times now with no response or resolution from them! Very unprofessional and unfortunate customer service. Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOT IN THE SLIGHTEST. And that is my honest opinion

La spiaggia, la camera, la posizione. La signora che prepara le uova è molto gentile. Le signorine che rifanno la camera sono gentili ma si scordano spesso di lasciare gli asciugamani.

Lo staff è quasi tutto svogliato. La signora anziana al bar non è affatto gentile, risponde male e da quasi sempre il resto sbagliato. Il bagnino Michael non fa nulla tutto il giorno e alle 16:00 inizia a togliere tutto quello che può per evitare che qualcuno si accomodi. La struttura ha 50 camere ma mette a disposizione solo 9 ombrelloni in spiaggia! Tutti gli altri clienti si devono accontentare di sdraio sotto il sole cocente! La signora alla reception risponde in maniera scortese, quando gli ho chiesto se mi poteva dire come si chiama il bagnino mi ha detto che è quello nero in spiaggia, rifiutandosi di dirmi il nome. Non ci tornerei solo per colpa del personale.

This was my 5th time staying at Legends! Lets just say it is right where you want to be in Negril. Everything is within walking distance and besides a little hustle, no problem ever! All staff were great EXCEPT the girl at the front...my stay with with a friend i booked 2 beds...she didnt give one fffff and i had to show my reservation to prove it...then when we went to shower only gave us towels for one. Piss poor didnt even go out the way to make it up the me. Oh then i was told on the Saturday they would have a room on Tuesday lol we settled in and moved on but it is well worth saying front desk service was just nasty to me because i wanted what i book! Side note i had another room booked for my daughter coming in, i spent money. With that said i will stay there every time just dont expect 5 star service at the front, but all other staff i have no complaints!

Had to cross a busy road to get to the beach.

Loved this location. It was near everything and the beach is postcard perfect, gorgeous clear warm water to swim in. Staff was super friendly and food was better than expected. Will definitely return and highly recommend.

I liked the restaurant staff. They were friendly and professional. The floor was dirty in the bedroom. The remote for the TV did not work. This property needs some serious upgrades. Tried to relax on the beach this employee kept cursing and yelling. Saying he was on vacation and he had been there 20 years very unprofessional.
