USWe loved our stay at Wyndham Hershey. The room was very clean and staff was friendly. I highly recommend this hotel, not to mention it's free breakfast, which is always a plus.
USThe choice of breakfast was amazing and the communication when needed directions from the front desk was excellent and very friendly. The pool was very nice and clean along with the hot tub. Also, the window view was beautiful to look out and see Hershey Park.
The only thing that I could say that could be better is parking, due to the parking is very tight and difficult to get in and out of. Pool hours could change to 24 hours due to customers getting to their destinations/ check-ins at different times. Regular bed checks need to be done, due to when we got into our double room the one double bed was broken prior to our entrance.

The evening to night staff on 5/23 was super rude! No customer service at all! Rude to even children! They both looked so bothered to be working and made everyone uncomfortable with their remarks and threats to customers. We’re even talking bad about customers within each other at the desk! So unprofessional! Other than this the property was clean and great! Won’t stay again due to staff!
