USIf you are heading to anything near Hershey Park or Giant Center, the location of this hotel can't be beat! The staff was very friendly, and answered questions wonderfully, without ever making us feel like it was a burden. It's easy to get into, and out of, traffic-wise, and an all around pretty great place to stay.
The chocolate scent piped into the lobby and elevators was a little too much. It was kind of gross, actually, but that may have just been me. Also, the towels for the pool area are REALLY small, which was a bit weird. And the floor of our bathtub in our room was wonky--it moved, like there wasn't a floor directly under it or something. Like it had no support. We were careful of that.

USThe staff were all very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and comfy. The shower was great, loved that they supplied shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which smelled wonderful.

The staff exhibited a lack of warmth and receptiveness, particularly the senior lady on the day of check-in. She appeared notably defensive and dismissive. Also it says nice breakfast but it was waffle and pastries
