This is perfect for families. For our needs is was too noisy, busy and straining to be maintained.
USThe hotel was very clean, smelled of chocolate, the parking was ample, staff were VERY friendly and accommodating - perfect example, we were headed to the pool and a staff member was close to the door cleaning and immediately went over, swiped her badge and opened the door for us! Very hospitable! Additionally when we went to leave, I needed to mail a postcard and the post office wasn’t open yet. The front desk staff offered to get the postage for me and get it in the mail. Overall an EXCELLENT stay. One more thing… a truck broke down outside of the hotel at like 4 am and made a loud banging sound like jackhammering… a hotel staff member immediately went out to assist and limited the interruption to guests to seriously under a minute. Just a great experience! Ok, maybe one more thing! Attached to the hotel is a parking garage so if it’s raining, voilà! You can stay dry.
