DoubleTree by Hilton Fullerton

This place is scary. There was a homeless woman residing on the staircase going from the parking to the lobby. When we asked front desk for help, he said there is nothing I can do. There was fresh blood in the elevator!!! Room smelled like vomit and urine. We checked out immediately and hotel refused to refund the rest of the stay. This place is located between 2 sketchy gas stations and there was hand activity taking place. It was false advertisement on Booking.com stating that it is 4 star hotel. It is worse than Motel 6 amenities.

The rooms was very clean and comfortable

Water bottles in room stated a fee, but the front staff said that it was free.

My room was cleaned like clockwork! I didn’t use the restaurant since there were at least 5 options very close by. The bar was quiet and friendly, especially the bartender Carmen!

Overall good experience

Carpet smelled and not profesionally cleaned; Drapes were nailed and would not open tosee outside; feww towels available; No refrigerator available in room.

The property was convenient to where o needed to go.

No water dispenser in the lobby to greet the guest when they arrive especially from a long flight. The employees don’t have name tags and they don’t introduce themselves to the guest and I had to ask for their names.
