I liked the cleanliness. The staff was friendly.

First was booking the room. I called the hotel phone number to book the room. I was transferred to a booking agent robot. I tried a couple times with that, but was unsuccessful. The system just hung up on me. I had to book the room though. I booked the room online through booking.com. it worked, but had a hard time getting a receipt from the hotel. That was weird to me. They verified my ID and Card. Not sure why they can't give me a receipt? I didn't like the signage. There is elevator signage that is the most visible in the laundry facilities. That was weird. I asked for a charger USB to USB-C to Late night Lobby attendant. I would assume you/they/he might have a couple laying around from previous guests that were left behind. Lobby attendant started looking at his Lobby computer cables. And said No. He was an Older guy. I just said "Thanks have a good night".

Maya and her team are awesome! Always make us feel welcome and are just a pleasure to talk to. The entire hotel staff are great. I would highly recommend you stay here if in town. Plus the location is in walking distance to good restaurants.
