El tamaño de la habitación, el desayuno, la disponibilidad de café de capsulas y los snacks

1- al ventilador no se le puede subir la velocidad, ya que está muy alto el techo, solo se prende o se apaga 2- el piso no lo limpiaron, anduve descalza llegando en la noche y los pies me quedaron muy sucios 3- al baño le falta más iluminación, está muy oscuro por las mañanas y le falta luz para maquillarse 4- la ventana que que tiene hacia adentro vibra mucho cuando pasan camiones y molesta cuando duermes por la noche o muy temprano en la mañana

Le personnel, au top... vraiment l'équipe plus sympa qu'on a eu dans tout notre voyage au Mexique. Nous avons adoré le moment petit déj, qui était pantagruélique et délicieux, avec les autres hôtes, ça nous a permis d'échanger avec eux et aussi avec la responsable, une jeûne fille drôle et charmante. La chambre, au premier étage, très calme avec une superbe déco. L'emplacement, à moins de 10 mins á pied du centre historique de Mérida. La piscine, la cerise sur le gâteau.

Nous sommes restés que 2 nuits..😭

Accueil vraiment top et équipe adorable! Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux 😋 possibilité d’un petit dej de qualité à emporter lors d’un départ tôt! Super. Chambre de bonne taille et très belle piscine.

Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude pendant notre séjour. Cela a été précisé mais rien n’a été fait. Dommage! Emplacement un peu éloigné du centre mais restaurants et bars sympas à proximité :)

Pidimme uima-altaasta, huoneesta, korkeista huoneista ja mukavasta palvelusta. Hotellissa rauhallinen tunnelma.

Aamiainen olisi voinut olla runsaampi - enemmän kerralla pöydässä mehua, jogurttia, leipää jne. Aamiaisella ei myöskään kerrottu, että mitä kaikkea voi saada vaan piti osata pyytää, jos halusi esim leipää.
