Hotel was great only thing was having to pay for parking. It doesn’t make since considering there is plenty of parking on the property. Parking was $20 a night … should be included with hotel

Once I checked in, I asked about the Wi-Fi and the person at the front desk told me without any concern that there wasn't any, that it didn't work and didn't worry about any option, they didn't clean the room, there are no amenities and they charge you $22 per night in the parking lot with no responsibility if something happens to your car, if you're considering it, look for other options.

TownePlace Suites was a nice, clean place to stay in Manhattan Beach. The rooms are ample and the location is excellent when I want to visit my family.

It was a clean room. I loved the kitchen. I loved the amenities. Comfy bed. Very clean bathroom. That is especially important to me. Nice cable TV, nice A/C. Everything worked well in the room. Only drawback was the daily parking fee that I was not made aware of ahead of time. Overall, the stay and the room was above average.

I hate that I had to kill damn spiders in the bathroom. I hate the way the bathroom is configured. I hate the position of the tv. I think housekeeping neends to do a better job. But, I especially hated that the friggin metro train runs past the hotel. Then there was the fact I could hear my neighbors snoring & talking loud. Hotel definitely needs to soundproof the windows.

Great stay

Pros : It was affordable compared to other hotels around the area that has a full kitchen. Very close to the airport. In a safe and decent area. Cons : The area where you have breakfast is small. One night, the room beside us was playing loud music and just really loud and the next day smell Marijuana. Should have called front desk. I wonder if the hotel has a 24/7 security that would do spot checks in the hallways because for sure they would have heard it too.

The property was nice and clean. I just was not aware of parking fees upon booking my reservation as it stated available parking

My family and I had been concerned with many of the negative reviews we'd read about this property. We had the pleasure of speaking with Joseph Rodriguez, the Assistant General Manager, who was warm, reassuring and honest. He gave us his email, assured us he would watch out for us, followed up with us throughout our trip, and made sure our room was to our liking. We loved the welcome basket of treats, as well! Without Joseph's attention and reassurance, we probably would have stayed somewhere else. Every single member of the staff we encountered was extraordinarily warm, welcoming and helpful. Front desk, housekeeping, breakfast- everyone had a genuine smile and made us feel like guests in their home. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite and as a family with 3 adult children, the extra space was phenomenal. We appreciated the new dressers and bathroom vanities, as well as the comfortable beds and fresh bedding. I know that management is working on upgrading other areas of the room. New carpet would make a huge difference. We really had a wonderful stay and are very grateful to Joseph and the staff for making it happen.
