Breakfast is good - but timing is bit harsh - sharp 9 am closure on weekdays and 10 am on weekends.

No water bottles provided neither any clarity on in room use of tea/coffee etc. Single small water bottle in room costs 7 USD. They charge extra money as deposit however do not return back immediately on final bill settlement and God knows how long they will keep that with them.

Food wasnt good and the room smell bad. Like cigarettes smoke. We had to go buy air freshener and open the windows

Great place to stay

OMG, the worst customer service ever. Let's start with with the front desk 1. Latin American young lady her name started with a B. She is stellar. 2. African American man rude as hell 3. The food crew ALL NASTY physically in handling the food and the food is nasty as hell. The bacon is just thin and stuck together and the bread is HARD and stuck together. I COMPLAINED daily and they told me that they would not replace the hard bread until the truck came in. 4. The room are subpar clean. 5. Really the food is repetitive daily and should vary but at the bare minimum make the bread at least fresh. With the prices we pay we cannot print more than 10 pages because of INK that is psycho!! the fees are high I SHOULD be able to print. 6. TRAIN your kitchen crew and chain your bread and bacon

free wifi not enough even to read emails from the computer in a serious way, and asking money for a "better" service is unacceptable; we are in 2025 ! shower head leaking and water spilling all over the bathroom; told it to the reception next morning, they will take care, but honestly, if you clean a room, in a serious way, you notice it and inform immediatly housekeeping or management... fridge very loud all night got a tiny little bottle of water complementary at the reception, further ones to purchase in the room, at $6 bottle... wow :-( complimentary breakfast really limited
