Hilton Garden Inn Wooster

King rm 1 nite. 1st floor.Wife and I. $194 + Seems hi to me. Construction workers 8AM-7PM making upgrades. Access door on 1st floor not locked at nite. Not secure on our end. Lock mechanism removed by workers. Staff aware and said it would be locked. Never was. Food so so. Lettuce in salad wilted, not fresh. Flatbread was just a soggy pita bread with the topping. Do not recommend

Nice property, room was a bit outdated, but refurbished rooms are underway now. Pleasant staff, safe area only 1.5 miles from downtown. Good breakfast we purchased with room, very reasonable. Would recommend.

We only really just slept there and left in the morning. Didn’t get take in much, no breakfast or anything. But everything we saw seemed nice, updated and clean.

Very attractive decor; efficient room furniture design; comfortable lobby - great place to meet others and relax

We love this hotel the staff is really friendly and cat friendly but they do require a deposit we ended up having a friend pet sit for us for the night and we booked our stay the room was clean and crisp feeling the bathroom was a little run down with rust stains and chipped paint but it wasn’t terrible the beds in the room we had 212 were very firm but comfortable and at the check in desk they had fresh cookies the pool and hot tub were definitely a great way to relax after a long day of travel and we were the only ones in there when we got up we packed our bags and loaded up the car and check out was a breeze we decided to stay a little longer and had breakfast which was inexpensive and delicious I highly recommend the breakfast sandwich! All and all a great stay and we will be back in the future.

Very comfortable and pleasant hotel

Location was convenient for what we was doing in the area. We were in Mansfield/Ontario the night before and was going to Wooster that evening.

We stayed at a Holiday Inn Express & Suites (HIES) the night before. Their facility was much cleaner and better decor. The wall outlet in our room at the Hilton was falling off. Most of the staff was not very friendly, they seemed to be upset with each mostly. At HIES, they have full reg size shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower. Here, you are given travel size shampoo and only one bottle of each, when 3 people are staying in the room. Seemed like most guest breakfast was included in their stay but there was only about 3 of us that were made to pay. For the condition of the rooms, not to mention the construction that was going on at the hotel, breakfast should be included.
