"Ok, but room for improvement"

First the positive: location is good, staff is polite and rooms are clean. Nevertheless paying 600 USD ++ per night in May (ok, graduation season) isn’t nearly justified for what you get. Bathroom is old design with a combined bath-tub/shower and a curtain. I think that’s completely inappropriate and outdated. Doors and windows are ticky-tacky, so I needed ear-plugs to sleep. Finally I had some issues with the benefits that I should have received while booking through a third party. The F&B credit was downgraded from 100 to 50 USD and the late check out could not be granted. Averall solid business hotel, but far away from luxury.

Rudy, our doorman, made our arrival in the rain warm & welcoming as he helped us to navigate mobility issues, many bags, storage, and room changes- all with a smile. Despite problems with our assigned room, he made us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
