Taxis took long to arrive

Location is good, easy to get to. Parking right across the street. It is next to a hospital, so it may be noisy with hospital traffic from time to time.

Some of the room items need to be repaired - leaky tub/shower faucet, bathroom outlet no properly working.

I like the breakfast, the size of the bed and the mattress was good enough considering how low maintenance the hotel has.

I absolutely dislike the pool The swimming pool shows significant rust damage, and I chose not to use it due to concerns about potential infection or injury. The night shift at the front desk was not polite and made no effort to understand the question I had. They simply ignored my request

The room was clean and comfortable fully stocked

The location was tough due to the hospital being close by . Otherwise it is actually in a good spot next to all the places I was visiting

Good location, good food, comfortable beds.

There were no small toothpastes in bathroom or handsoap. Only face soap and body lotion.

Rude staff we asked for water in the reception they said no, we needed to sign up for something else in order to get free water, I stayed 2 nights and they did not clean the room nor make the bed - when I asked they said they forgot and there is no one to help so I have to make my bed...
