"Restful stay in a beautiful property"

Relatively quiet location, very comfortable bed. Generous breakfast - especially as it catered for two and I was travelling alone. Complimentary items were a nice touch.

Wifi wasn't reliable the whole time - which didn't bother me, but I noticed it. Could have done with more than two coat hangers. There was a brief power outage on the Thursday night, but power was restored quickly so all good

"Great Location"

Beautifully restored house in a quiet cul de sac with an amazing view over Launceston. Comfortable lounge/dining room in which to have breakfast and at the end of the day enjoy an evening complimentary Port and chat with fellow guests. Good location for heading off and exploring the region. Even though we don't get to meet the host, an incredibly well run B&B from the organising of the breakfasts to the explanations and instructions of all the facilities.

Lovely room with modern bathroom and kitchen. Everything was clean and comfortable, nice addition of the breakfast basket left in the fridge. Easy check-in.
