A wonderful little B&B with very stylish rooms, in an old traditional building. Owners value the privacy of the tenants and only interact with you if you request so

A good 25-30 minutes walk to the center, located high on a hill, something to keep in mind if you plan to leave the car parked during the visit or if you have limitations in movement

Facilities were beautiful.

This is my most recommended place to stay in Launceston, so much character and history. The rooms were very comfortable and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

I liked everything, I cannot fault anything.

The decor, the calm and quiet environment, the whole set-up of the building, self-breakfast idea and the items.

The quirks of this place is so intriguing and refreshing with superb atmosphere of the house's history! Felt like we were in an escape room challenge with loads of perks. A very memorable stay indeed. Encouraged to mingle with other guests for breakfast was a fantastic idea. Shared wonderful memories with other guests.

The driveway is a bit tight for a large bulky car.

Beautifully restored building with views of Launceston from the balcony. Great location, close to the centre. We never met the hosts as everything was self service. The breakfast baskets, re-stocked daily, were generous with choice of cereals, greek yoghurt, stewed fruit cups, eggs (self cook), bread and spreads, tea or coffee. We had access to the microwave, cutlery etc in the communal dining/lounge room at all hours. Loved all the laminated messages assisting us with our stay including one with an invitation to an evening port to meet other guests. Good sized room with comfy bed. Highly recommend.

The bathroom fan was very noisy. Despite having the split system on high, the room felt cold especially in the evenings.
