Courtyard Fort Worth I-30 West Near NAS JRB

Convenient for local hospital. A little more run down looking than pictures. Staff on arrival friendly n helpful. When we walked out early for appointment we said have a good day n desk person didn't even look up from her phone. Not a big deal still enjoyed the stay.

First time to stay at a Marriott Courtyard in several years. I chose this hotel because of the location for where I needed to the next morning for a meeting.

This hotel has a renovated (lobby) but found most areas (elevator area, pool area) aren't in good shape. My room faced a parking garage and the toilet would take forever to flush. Had to try 2-3 times. When I went downstairs for breakfast the next morning, found there was no real breakfast style buffet (included) like the places I typically stay with hot options. There was a Starbucks inside the lobby. They made me a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast and I got one cup of coffee and said that was included in my stay. Also, there appears to be transient types who are allowed to come inside and use the computers in the lobby so I did not really feel safe staying here. Won't be back.

Very clean , well kept hotel room was spacious, and staff was friendly and accommodating, however the beds were extremely uncomfortable very hard both me and my husband back hurt pretty bad in the morning, I ended up sleeping part of the night on the couch but other then that ..they need to update the beds … everything else was fine and would have left a 5 star review if it wasn’t for the beds being uncomfortable

Don't waste your money! This place is a DUMP! We stopped here for one night on our drive between Denver and Florida. We had been driving for over 13 hours and were exhausted. I asked for a room away fromm the elevators and ice machine but it didn't matter: we were given a room overlooking Interstate 30. You won't believe the number of loud cars and trucks! I've stayed in hotels overlooking airport runways that weren't this noisy! In the morning, when we went to shower, we saw just how shabby this room was: the shower wall was CRACKED and caving in (I can't imagine how that happened. The tile was broken and the wall was giving way. Instead of replacing it, they just caulked it! See photos. The towels were so worn, you could see through them! The towel bar was falling off the wall. This is why I stay at Marriotts - they generally are much better maintained. But that wasn't the worst part... ...when I mentioned it to the staff in the morning so that they could address it, I got total attitude instead. The young man at reception replied that I didn't need to stay there again! I was being cordial and matter-of-fact. He said he didn't repair the wall (of course he didn't) simply said that the hotel was 25 years old. Still, there's no excuse for the poor condition of the room. If they're skimping on this, what else are they skimping on? Fire alarms? Elevators? Who knows. Be assured, I would never stay there again. You shouldn't, either.

Great Staff and nice facilty

First night was good, second night door lock wouldn’t work after a hour or better door was finally opened. Manager claimed he was going to comp the night due to problem, have yet to see that show up. Rooms weren’t cleaned second day and apparently house keeping never informed anyone door wouldn’t open. Other than second day hotel was clean and accommodations were fine. As long as your door lock works all will be fine.

This hotel faces I-30 and rooms facing the highway are subject to traffic noise which borders on torture. We've never had such a noisy room or endured such a night of torment. Either get a room on the far side of the hotel or look elsewhere if you want a peaceful night. Otherwise, it's actually a nice place
