The customer service was good. The facility itself needs some serious upgrades/improvements. The shower did not work correctly and the water temperature was barely warm. The bed was hard and uncomfortable.

"Won’t stay here again."

Room very noisy due to highway. Shower knob did not work. We were in a hurry so ended up not taking a shower 😫 front staff offered “points”. In my opinion we should have gotten a little knocked off the price.
