The staff was so nice & accommodating when we arrived. We were able to get a late check out no issue. The location was perfect! The trolly is right outside the doors!

Having to use two elevators to get to my room, no washcloths or towels in the room, the lobby smelled like cigarette smoke, the valet parking took over 30 minutes when we arrived and when we left.

The front desk and buffet staff were phenomenal

The house cleaning staff was atrocious! Of the 4 days I stayed, I had someone come in to clean ZERO times! I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels and coffee. They never entered to clean at all, the garbage was left overflowing in the trash cans and to add insult to injury, they took the shopping bag of garbage and left the FULL garbage bins! My friends comforter had brown spots on it, which they took and never returned a clean one. I asked for cleaning several times to no avail. I won't be booking another stay with them.
