SpringHill Suites Memphis Downtown

This is clearly a converted Springhill from what I don’t know but it has two oddly connected buildings. Have to use to separate elevators to get to the opposite building. The bed really was very comfortable for our 4 day stay. This isn’t necessarily Springhill quality. Staff is very nice and always cleaning. The breakfast was great with a good selection of hot and cold food. Location was about a 10 minute walk to Beale Street past many homeless people. walk past many vacant store fronts as well therefore hotel located in an area not so safe. the hotel worked for an uber to Graceland, City tour, MLK memorial, Grizzlies NBA game and restaurants. If you come here this hotel should be on the list of stays but def not at the top. That uncomfortable bed really hurts the stay!

Room was very spacious. Spotless hotel. Breakfast was great with plenty choice. Hotel was close to the main street but there were one's that were closer but I wouldn't let that put me off as the hotel made up for it. Would book again.

Nothing all excellent.

Room was lovely, beds comfortable. Close to Downtown Memphis. We didn't realise we could have got hit & cold drinks & snacks throughout our stay. Free chocolate on table, we weren't sure if this was because it was Easter or they do it all the time, but it was a lovely touch.

Night staff on check-in weren't very helpful and not very friendly but day staff on check out were very friendly & helpful. Swimming pool wasn't open despite it being 28° we all got different reasons for why it wasn't open. Also bed wasn't made or room cleaned, although bins were emptied, during our stay but we were only there 3 nights.

Had a reservation and they gave it away! Went to the hotel and all the rooms were gone

My coffee machine in my room didn’t work. I had to go downstairs for coffee.
