Excellent service! Friendly staff! Tasty breakfast. Family friendly. Only issues were it is very noisy all night from the street. Also if you have a stroller its a bit of a hassle due to the steps in the lobby to the elevator.

A truly fabulous place! Staff were fantastic and went above and beyond. Room was immaculate. Rooftop pool and breakfast room was excellent too. Definitely recommend :)

Overall nice stay. Great for money and one block off the Main Street. Small deficits in structure. Paint peeling in corners, etc. mold smell. Biggest concern was water & coffee. There was not an opportunity to refill water or grab coffee in the middle of the day. They advised going to the 7/11 or cafe Antoinette (literally next to) for those needs. By doing so it is not at all “green” nor pocket friendly.

I loved that the property was near all of the sites, the shopping, restaurants and the beach. The staff was incredible and the room was air conditioned and very spacious. I loved the balcony overlooking the street. Great for people watching! The rooftop breakfast was an amazing way to start each day! Overall, this was an awesome hotel.

Loved the rooftop pool area. Complimentary breakfast was very good! Very nice staff. Super convenient to all Playa has to offer! Parking was not easy - the nearby garage only wanted pesos- they did not take a credit card. One evening when we came back from a day trip they were full. We had to wait for someone to leave. Also, we would have liked a small refrigerator in our room. All in all we liked it enough that we would stay here again.
