Den fanns en ung kille som gav utmärkt service och nära stranden

Oerhört otrevligt bemötande från resten av personalen, informerar inte oss om faciliteter, inge tips på vad för utflykter de hade kunnat arrangera, personalen som bara stirrar när man kommer in och aldrig svarar på ens hälsningar. Bemötandet var under all kritik och förstörde stämningen hos vistelsen när man behövde gå tillbaka på rummet. Hade inte med gott samvete kunnat rekommendera till någon.

The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful.....Anna and Alessia. I got sick, they called the doctor, the Farmacia delivered medication, they delivered the medicine directly to the room upon arrival. I could not have asked for a more compassionate and helpful staff. The hotel was immaculate and very comfortable, great location on the beach.

Frukosten var bra, personalen trevlig, städning superbra

Att de hade servering dagtid samt bar öppen, visserligen öppnade en poolbar i slutet av vår vistelse och de skulle tydligen även kunna servera smörgåsar. Takbaren stängde tidigt 21.00

Te reciben con un lobbi sin aire sin donde sentarse y ni un agua de bienvenida ,tomando en cuenta que la temporada es muy calurosa no usan el aire acondicionado, el baño no servía el extractor y no tenía ventana se concentraban los olores y humedad , recepción no son los más amigables. La verdad si me tocará ir a cefalu me quedará en otro lugar.

Unser Zimmer, sowie das Frühstück war top👍, die Nähe zum Hoteleigenen Strand war auch super. Auch die Nähe zum quirligen Städtchen Cefalu war optimal 👌

Had a lovely weeks holiday staying at the Victoria Palace hotel in Cefula. Nice room overlooking pool and sea. Beautiful breakfast terrace. Hot & cold options avaiable. Frendly staff. Unfortunately the only downside was when we booked the holiday through our British tour operator. It advertised the hotel as having a Bar/snack cafe at front of hotel. This would be open throughout the day for poolside drinks or to sit in the cafe, THIS NO LONGER EXISTS!! It is just a seating area. The only Bar available is behind the breakfast counter on the roof terrace which is only open in the evenings. If you want Food/drink during the day you have to leave the hotel. You cannot bring Food/drink into the hotel. I dont know why the owner chose to close the Bar at front of hotel. It dosent make any sense at all. But as long as you are aware of this the Victoria Palace is a lovely hotel in a ideal location for beach & the old town nearby.
