Recently returned home after a lovely weeks stay. Spacious room and balcony overlooking the pool with a side view of the beach. Stayed bed and breakfast booked through our British tour operator. Breakfast was delicious, a continental offering with chef on hand to cook fresh egg dishes. Relieved to see that there was Twinings English breakfast tea available (I'm not a coffee drinker!) and the staff member kindly made me a large pot of tea each morning. There are free sunbeds and umbrellas a short walk away on the beach in front of the sister hotel and a handful of beds around the pool. (You get a beach towel from Reception. ) The hotel is in an excellent location for a wander to the old town and there are plentiful restaurants to choose from in both the old town and the beach area just before you reach the old town. Make sure you go inside the cathedral, free to enter, as its absolutely stunning, and also the amazing sunsets every evening are a crowd pleaser too. Overall a fantastic stay at this hotel, friendly staff, great location and spotlessly clean.
