Staff lady was rude asf

Elevator smelled likes dogs every time we got on it and the unit inside the closet was so loud couldn’t even hear the TV in the bedroom

The staff was exceptional. Nolan and Angela are the best people to work for Hilton. They added value to the Homewood Suites brand.

Called the front desk numerous times about the toilet not working properly and even requested a new room and all we got told was “we’ll send someone up”, “we’ll check on it, call you back” (no one ever checked on the toilet nor got back to us). The price was not worth it, especially when we have to go all the way down stairs or to the grocery store to use the bathroom comfortably.

Overall the hotel was very nice and the breakfast above average for variety and taste. The rooms had a good layout and the kitchen was equipped and usable.

What I was most concerned however was the housekeeping. It clearly states on the bathroom mirror that we would have service every other day. We however had to ask for linens... coffee station supplies and dish soap on our 3rd night since our room had not been serviced yet. I think the idea of bottles in showers is great until they are not kept up with.. our shampoo was empty, conditioner went empty and body wash was missing completely.
