"False advertising. Ended up leaving the day after we checked in and got another room elsewhere"

The only thing good about the property was it was close to family I was visiting. The price was reasonable however what was advertised was not provided.

I picked this hotel based on location, pool, continental breakfast and kitchenette. 2 days prior to my stay I received an email stating due to COVID the pool and continental breakfast would not be available. I never saw an area for continental breakfast to even be served and the pool was outside which doesn’t appear to have been cleaned in some time nor was it available. The property does have kitchenettes however there weren’t any cooking utensils, pots or pans in the room. In addition the room smelled musty/moldy. We were booked to stay from 4/7-4/11 but ended up leaving on 4/8 for a different hotel in the area.

"Rip off nasty hotel "

Terrible room was not as advertised. When back down stairs to the front . Front desk close as soon as i check in. It was 300 in the afternoon. Try to call front desk no answer. Finally just left when another hotel. I have been fighting with the hotel to return my $294.28 payment . Its been 6 days and payment has not been returned.
