Americas Best Value Inn & Suites-Winnie

The staff was super nice, the room seemed very nice. Not a lot of amenities but I think that's the idea (this was a really good price for a motel so I wasn't expecting fancy) but it was clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the blanket wasn't very thick. I woke up cold in the middle of the night. Of course I could have (and it hindsight should have) cranked up the heat the moment I notice the blanket was so thin, but the heater also seemed to turn on and off sporadically so that didn't necessarily solve the problem.

Great place to stay, how ever the AC unit did not work, onlt the fan part of the unit worked.

Affordable place to stay. Great customer service. The bed wasn’t soft. We thought we had a problem with the AC but the worker came and fixed it.

Will never return. Kitchenette with 1 pot and 1 pan, but without working stove or cooking utensil, why bother? 2 plates 2 bowl, but without fork or spoon Microwave took 3 times longer. Bed is ultra uncomfortable. Hot water only marginal in shower ONLY. Smell bad everytime walk back to the room. Advertise hot breakfast, arrived to a sign state NO breakfast. Absolutely no return if short-stay.

Dirty hotel, had to ask for several things from front desk including dish soap (we had a kitchenette) and the iron. Smelled like a smoking room even though it was a non smoking room and it was very dingy. Carpet smelled like feet. Got there and a sign said no breakfast which was one of the reasons we booked the room. Silverware was dirty in the drawer, shower curtain was moldy. Will not book another stay with this chain. I’ve had Motel 6 rooms cleaner and nicer than this place.

It was everything I expected with a fantastic clean room and a very friendly staff. The rooms had great amenities that you don't find in other hotels like a large fridge and kitchen stove top. Bathroom was clean and was fully stocked on toiletries. I had no problems during my stay but all the negative reviews seem to be very misleading. Overall, a great experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a deal.

Stopped for the night after driving all day this place is a dump! Specifically there was no phone in the room, the heater was not working, the bed was very hard. This is the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. I only wish I could give less than one star.

BREAKFAST WAS VERY SMALL COULD OF HAD MORE OPTIONS, OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS WORTH THE MONEY
