La localisation: une très belle Vue. Chambre comfortable.

Fabulous location, loved the room upgrade, friendly staff and the shuttle bus is great

L'emplacement juste à coté de la plage, les lits étaient confortables et la chambre grande. Le parking n'est pas privé mais il est gratuit si vous restez à l'hotel. Le restaurant était sympa, nous avons bien mangé.

Le fait de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir la fenêtre !! Il faisait très très chaud dans la chambre.

Staff Amazing

Ideal location to North County Dublin, right on Tower Beach.

The food and restaurant staff were excellent

La vue Mer de la chambre est incroyable, on peut en profiter depuis le lit ce qui est génial. La chambre est confortable et fonctionnelle, la salle de bain est très jolie. L'accès à la plage juste à côté est top.

Petit bémol : la fenêtre de la chambre qui ne s'ouvre que très peu alors qu'il faisait chaud dans la chambre. Autre bémol : la propreté. De manière générale, c'était propre, mais la bouilloire était pleine de calcaire, il y avait des traces de café/thé sur la banquette, de la rouille sur le pommeau de douche et des moisissures sur le plafond de la salle de bains.

Lack of access to food some staff seemed stressed maybe understaffed

This hotel has so much potential but the staff really let it down. The receptionist so rude on check in and lacked interest. We had food in the bar and it was ok. I heard one of the kitchen staff swearing at another staff member. The location is excellent and we had wonderful weather the rooms are dated but clean. Would I return again NO unfortunately not!!

I love this small little hotel right on the beach Manager tried to resolve an issue which was beyond his control.

They are experiencing problems with the building work taking place a few miles away from hotel. It’s ridiculous that a lovely business is suffering from the incompetence of someone else
