"Could be better."

The beds and pillows were very soft. Air conditioner rattled the whole time. Bathroom faucet loose . No TV guide in the room. Other than that, it was fine.

"Decent for the money, no issues"

Convenient location, price was reasonable. Room was clean and quiet.

Still needs some improvements. Appeared some improvement has been made but definitely room for more. Elevator and hallways definitely dated. Breakfast options seemed limited. We went next door to Crackerbarrel.

Stay Dates: [7/24/25-7/26/25] Location: [quality inn forest park OH] TRAVELER’S BEWARE !!!!!! I had a disturbing experience at this hotel that left me feeling unsafe and dismissed. After briefly stepping out to check breakfast, (Horrible, water down everything) I returned to find my Lysol, room spray, and wallet missing from my room. Housekeeping was nearby but hadn’t cleaned my room—trash and towels were untouched. I hadn’t used my wallet since check-in, and I know exactly where I left it: in my purse. I reported this to the manager, but instead of taking it seriously, he quickly defended his staff even tho i never accused them, he stayed on his phone, occasionally on the computer then fast-forwarded security footage on his phone, and told me to call the police “if I trusted them.” I returned to my room, checked again, I found the missing items in a duffel bag I never use for chemicals or my wallet. I didn’t put them there. I felt violated and anxious the rest of my stay. This experience was unacceptable. Guests should feel safe, heard, and respected. I won’t return
