Walking into the lobby, the hotel seemed okay. Nothing to be alarmed about. We had to arrive very late and staff was friendly. Once we got to the floor our room was on, things took a turn. The hallway, there w a hole in the ceiling from water damage. The hallway and rooms smelled. Probably would not stay here again.

AVOID THE QUALITY INN & SUITES IN CINCINNATI, OHIO AT ALL COSTS! My daughter and I had the misfortune of checking in at this hotel, booked through Expedia, and it was an absolutely horrific experience. We immediately checked out the same day! The hotel's blatant disregard for guest safety and security was appalling - our room doors didn't even have functioning locks, allowing anyone to enter at any time. To make matters worse, there were people doing drugs on the second floor and what appeared to be prostitution, creating a hostile and intimidating environment. The guests of the hotel seemed sketchy and unsavory, further exacerbating our safety concerns. This hotel is a disaster, and I would strongly advise against staying here under any circumstances. The lack of concern for guest well-being is staggering, and it's clear that the hotel's priorities are severely misplaced. Don't make the same mistake we did - stay far, far away from this hotel! The GM Roy is also horrible! I still have not received my refund!!!

When I first walked into the room, the smell was shocking. Smelt like damp mold or damp sheets. Smelt old. When I went to the bathroom the door was disgusting with dirt or mold on it. Looking at the walls and floors around in the bathroom also had dirt on it too. When we went to breakfast, the yogurt was frozen and the waffle maker had old waffle mix on it and I couldn't get it off to make more so we didn't eat
