"Avoid"

4.0

General repair of the building needs work. Trash cans were overflowing outside, homeless persons hanging around outside drinking and smoking weed. Restaurant was closed due to “COVID” restrictions yet every restaurant in the area was open full occupancy. As a Marriott property I was very disappointed and will not recommend this hotel.

"Hot shower"

It was a Mother's Day/ birthday weekend after Two plane rides & a very long delay I just wanted to lay down in a comfortable bed and I was so happy to do so,The best part was the hot shower & the customer service was excellent.

"Mother & Daughter Getaway "

The room was a great size for my mother and I and everything was cleaned. The A/C worked only on 60-65 which in actually it felt like a normal 73/74. We weren’t told at check-in they were only taking cards to purchase things at the snack bar and were not told that there would be no breakfast. We also did not know about requesting our room to be cleaned. But overall it was a nice stay for the price. Got it for a really good deal

"Nice place but lots of problems. "

Pros: Very nice hotel in regards to comfort and condition. The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! Nicely appointed room. Very friendly staff. Cons: Halls REEKED of marijuana smoke. No breakfast AT ALL due to COVID. We’ve stayed in over 15 hotels during COVID and always at least got a grab and go breakfast and many places still manage to even offer a hot breakfast sandwich or hot breakfast pack to go. But here there was absolutely nothing. I just think that’s ridiculous for the price we paid. They offer a free airport shuttle which is wonderful but in the morning when we tried to take it to the airport it was full. The second one was full as well. We had to call an Uber which the hotel offered to cover but it ended up being double what we were quoted and we did not receive the full amount back. I do appreciate their willingness to help but we ended up having to pay a lot for a service that we were promised was free. We also heard that 3 cars were broken into overnight and saw the police in the parking lot in the morning. Very sad. It might be time to invest in some private security to helps guests feel safe.

"Clean and comfortable"

Staff was very helpful and attentive. Room was comfortable and clean. A little bit of noise from adjacent rooms. Advice for any traveler in any large city--be sure not to leave anything in your car overnight.
