Sonesta Select Atlanta Airport

We checked in on a Saturday late afternoon and when we returned from dinner the whole hotel had an overwhelming aroma of marijuana. Our fellow hotel guest were also very loud. The room was nice, bed was comfortable and staff was attentive when we requested more towels. Do not recommend weekend stay for families.

The room was nice, however, ants were crawling on the sink, in the bathroom and on the floor.

First off, the room I originally paid for was all of sudden not available once we arrived to check in, we received a conference room in replacement which was not appealing whatsoever in addition to that the bathroom was disgusting and the sheets on the bed were dirty and smelly.To top it off the pool was unavailable for use which was never disclosed by the hotel ahead of time, absolutely the worst experience I have every had.

Serviceable, but run-down

this was litterally the worst hotel experience of my life. I chose this location because it was close to the airport. I got not a second of sleep because of the person in the room next door yelling all night long. I am writing this review at 4:22 am. I have been a combination of mad and scared of not knowing what is going on next door. Not sure I'd the person is using drugs or beating someone up. Strongly suggest not staying here if you actually want some sleep.

I was very disappointed in this Hotel, the pictures obviously were done a while ago. We arrived and the Hotel was very dingy, we had our grandson and the only reason I chose this place because of the pool! It was closed!! The hallway smelled awful, and it was dark. The only thing we liked about our room is the beds were comfortable. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed as I picked up several things. The bathroom floor had footprints from the previous person. All I can say, we were extremely disappointed!’

Nice place! Close to Hartsfield-Jackson.

Great food options. Central location. I wish the pool was open.

Location was great close to good food and the airport

The hotel is not bad overall, I just needed a place to sleep while in Atlanta but not good with the areas. The hotel is not located in the best area of Atlanta but it’s next to a Residence Inn and shares the same main driveway entrance. While I encountered no problems, on day of departure, Hapeville Police and Sheriff must have been looking for someone. Nonetheless, carpet could use some cleaning and side door to right of building could use more security. People, could be locals, appear to prop it open with rocks. We had no problem with our vehicles. Refrigerators in rooms but microwaves in halls. Ok, that’s enough ...
