nice place to stay clean the staff are very pleasant room was clean food is very nice

just a suggestion bath mats are needed i had to use the hand towel to stand on .

I’ve been to this hotel years ago and really liked it. It seems a little run down but I would book again.

My room was really noisy, floor board squeezed all the time. But was good value for what I paid.

Nothing to dislike

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was nice.

On booking.com is said daily housekeeping. No daily housekeeping. We had to ask for clean towels, as couldn't dry the towels, and no heating in room, except for a small heater, which turned itself off after approx. 5 mins. No top up of tea/coffee/milk. We had to go and get that ourselves. Hallway to room was dirty when we arrived and was still like that when we left. Had a problem with food on first night, food was just warm, and had a half frozen yorkshire pudding, but that was sorted straight away. The next time we had a meal there, food was quite good, but took over an hour for main courses to arrive.
