Very small space. Minimal space. Lovely area of chinatown/ Korea Town and the rooms here are cozy.

We only had 2 pillows, thought there would be at least 4 pillows. There is no small table you can sit at to work. Overall I will stay here again.

It was a good stay overall, I Felt he hotel could have been a little more clean , but the service was amazing for the night

the room was smaller than advertised, and the area smelled of drugs the entire time, i was promised a non smoking room but cigarette smoke came through the bathroom vents, checked in at 11 and i left by 3am couldn’t even stay the night

The hallway and room smelled like weed. First room they gave me wasn't even cleaned yet. The 2nd and 3rd rooms I was shown, smoke detectors were bot covered with plastic. I guess the Guest didn't want it to alarm when they are smoking weed. Management don't check the quality and cleanliness of the rooms and facility. I tried to cancel but I was told no refund and $100 cxl fee.

From the time I arrived the hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. They secured a free parking spot for me and ensured my room included extra pillows and towels as requested. Free WiFi with smart tv capabilities - I have no complaints. Will definitely stay here during my next business trip.

The room was nice, but the bed had a wet spot on it, but not a bad hotel.

I’m grown to appreciate the service the hotel bring.
