Hotel Key LaGuardia Airport

Very dirty room with no chair or table, bed was damaged and shaking. Tile-based floors in the room were too cold and dirty. Pathetic experience overall. Hope this feedback contributes to some positive change in their services and quality of living in the future. We had to re-book another hotel with better amenities the same night - with no refund.

Cool place to go for a night out.

I was stayed at this hotel last week.first it’s not a hotel even it’s not a motel.it’s look like pg or sharing apartment. Room was so tiny and smells bad.room condition really bad like beds are broken windows curtains are broken.don’t stay there

I came for a ‘couple’ type of visit. The bed was nice and springy, although it did squeak. I didn’t use the TV nor WiFi so IDK how good they were. There was no coffee maker because not enough room except for bed tables. But at least have cups if ppl want to drink their rooms, rather than out of the bottles from the vending machines in the bottom hallway. There was no light nor venting in the bathroom, and too bare bones with the plug in small fridge, fan and heater—lol—but it was good and affordable enough for last minute booking. Especially since they cleaned the room quick enough, even though I booked it at 5:30pm and I checked in at 9pm. I think that’s why there’s a smell of marijuana in the lobby LOL
