Lovely Hotel! Great For Family & Friends & Couples. 10/10 Front Desk Agent By The Name of Tony gave me and my husband luxury upgraded room.

You get what you pay for. The one thing I liked was the location; it looked and feel safe. No homeless people around and plenty of shops nearby. I was given a room that was occupied and had lots of clothes all over. Told the receptionist and first thing she said was “not my fault!”. Gave me a room with no key so I had to ask reception to open every time I wanted to get back to my room. A day later I was given another room but smelled a bit of cigarettes. I just took it since I was only staying for the weekend. I’d still book it for a less-than-two-days trip

Too noisy and smells a little

It was ok , not the best to stay multiple days , the condition of the hotel is not in good shape

Check in was kind of horrible. I called several times because our plane kept getting delayed, lady here said it would be fine but when I got here there was an attitude. Not in the greatest looking part of town either.

I liked that it was clean and quiet. I disliked that there was no breakfast and no swimming pool or activities

.The hotel looks nothing like the picture on line.

Cleanness is pretty bad

Place was dirty. Window sill leaked all night. Was told nonsmoking and i have breathing problems the entire place was full of cigarette smoke. Then we go to check out and no one was to be seen for 15min. So we just left card hoping not to get charged for a second day and bang they charged us said we didn't check out in time. I feel the purposely did that.

Parking was available. Towels were old. Noise in the hallways. Smoke smells
