We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The room was so small it wasn't even worthy of being called a hotel. On the first day, I complained and asked for a room change, but the staff said there were no available rooms. We ended up staying in that room for three nights. It was like a nightmare; we couldn't sleep. We deeply regret choosing this hotel for our vacation. Highly not recommended.

Desayuno y cena pésimas en variedad y calidad. Y la atención y los pedidos y atención al cliente niños

4泊したのですが、登山から疲れて戻ってくるので2食付きで本当に助かりました。毎日外のレストランにわざわざ食べに出るより、バイキング形式で自分の食べたい物を見て選べるので本当に良かったです。

チェックイン時間になっても部屋の用意が出来てなくてチェックインが出来なかった事と、チェックイン時間を待たされたにも関わらず宿泊初日にアメニティーの補充がなされていなかったこと。

Posizione ottima, posto auto in cortile interno, menù vario e ben preparato, colazione ricca, le camere venivano rigovernate anche durante la cena lasciando sempre un dolcetto, letto e cuscini comodissimi.

La struttura è un po’ vetusta e le camere non sono molto insonorizzate, soprattutto rispetto alle tubature dei bagni adiacenti

Le buffet du dîner était satisfaisant

Le personnel. À part un serveur, ils ne sont pas aimables du tout c’est bruyant, on entend tout ce qui se passe à côté de la chambre

Es un hotel bien situado con parking gratuito y todos los servicios, el personal es atento y amable. El desayuno y la cena están bien sin más. Es un hotel de 4 estrellas que con una renovación quedaría excelente. La habitación que tuvimos tenía una cama muy grande y cómoda pero el paso a los armarios era justísimo y el baño siendo grande necesita una renovación en las instalaciones y en especial la luz que es escasa.
