"Pillie bed!! ick"

The bed was super pilled and it either needs to be tossed or shaved. couldn't sleep on the sheets cuz you could feel it all the way through, so slept on top of all covers to fix that issue. disappointing for a Hilton hotel.

We paid for a specific room and upon check in they said there wasn’t anything they could do as the room we booked wasn’t available. The property wouldn’t give us the room we paid for but Expedia was able to provide a credit. Thank you Expedia.

Pet Friendly. Nice areas to walk pets. Breakfast was wonderful and had a balcony area to sit on in the evenings. Access to a bar onsite meant we didn't have to go out for cocktails.

The breakfast staff was amazingly helpful and gracious

We booked an extra night when we arrived. After a long day of hiking we found ourselves locked out because apparently the new staff was not aware of the extension. Mistakes happen but the thing that bothered us was that we had to come back down to the lobby and get our keys updated and no one even apologized for the error. It was as if we were responsible for the error. That is not good customer service.

"First time at Hilton garden inn "

This was my wife and my first stay at this Hilton Garden Inn. We've stayed at many Wis Dells hotels but none were as clean and well kept as this. The room as well as the property very well kept. Everyone from the front desk to the janitor was extremely friendly and courteous. The breakfast was wonderful also.
