Hilton Garden Inn Wisconsin Dells

I paid 178$$ for a room with a hot tub & balcony. When I got there we got a room with one queen bed no balcony or hot tub. I was told since I booked it from u there was nothing they could do. I want a refund for what I didn't get

As the parents of a special needs child we don't get much time out as a couple. We were excited to visit to celebrate our anniversary and have some much needed relaxation. Unfortunately illness struck our household and we had to cancel the day before our trip. After explaining the situation we were met with casual indifference at best and were still charged almost $200 for a last minute cancelation that was completely out of our hands. To say we are frustrated with the whole situation is an understatement. Will not be booking at this establishment again.

Very nice property! The room was spacious and comfortable with a wonderful balcony. Great location next to the Del Bar Supper Club and a short drive to Ihnala Supper Club. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location for waterparks we visited. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Good breakfast options, although would have been nice to have more of a buffet style rather than a made to order. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Better breakfast options or wider array of items; made to order was nice but would have been nice to just have a classic buffet style continental breakfast option for guests.

How clean and fresh room was. Breakfast had lots of choices.

I had a terrible experience with Expedia. Arrived at Hilton Gardens and there wasn't any rooms reserved. I had gotten email confirmation form Expedia saying I was all set but when I arrived no rooms were confirmed.We should have had five rooms but had no rooms. We had to be delayed for hours trying to find rooms. Due to this terrible experience I will never attempt to use Expedia again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The room was spacious and quiet.

Our room was clean but they forgot to vacuum the carpet, restock the coffee bar, and supply the bathroom with a bar of soap. I did get a bar of soap from the front desk staff and asked that the coffee item be sent up but that never came. The towels in our room and at the pool are awful. Thin and sooooo scratchy. We expected better from a Hilton.
